NEW BEGINNINGS

Spring is here and newest crop of students have finally arrived at Crux Academy and Nebulae Institute. Both campuses are abuzz with activity as first years filter in, some confused, others excited and honored to be attending such a prestigious institution. Class assignments would be found on the large bulletin board toward the front of campus, and while some friends may find themselves once again sharing the same class, others will be given the opportunity to nurture new relationships with future friends (or enemies).

Classes for the first day will be short, punctuated by a welcoming ceremony led by each school's respective headmaster and headmistress, as well as an upperclassman that has some significance to the rest of the student body. Students are then permitted to take the rest of the day for themselves, to get acclimated to the campus as well as Galactica, should they so choose. Why not explore the school? Take a trip into the city? Or perhaps get to know your dorm mate, classmates or fellow faculty members? Or perhaps, if you are that sort of person, terrorize the town? The choice is yours.

A. CRUX ACADEMY

[ Awww this is so far from going back to a normal girl's life, it's not funny anymore! Dammit, Grandma, she didn't need to go to school for this, did she? This campus is so confusing and she isn't sure she'll ever figure out its layout.

But... being here might really make fighting the demons easier. If there's really no end to them, she'd like to not, y'know, die again. So she'll put up with it... with a little griping. Sitting on a bench with her elbows on her knees, her face on her hands, looking disgruntled. ]

I'm never gonna make it to class on time in a place like this!

B. GALACTICA

[ She JUST WANTED to shop a little... scout out what cute boys were around while Grandma's not around to get in the way of her chance to... well, play around. But no. Monsters already! She just doesn't get a break. So off rips the clothes and out comes the big sword. ]

You guys aren't supposed to follow me here! Why doesn't grandma ever tell me about these things AHEAD of time?!

[ And into the fray with her sword ready to strike! She wouldn't mind a helping hand. ]

Hmm... sounds like you're having some trouble, new girl.

[And then there's suddenly... this guy there too! He's sitting on the back of Yohko's bench and he's definitely dressed in Crux's uniform with the addition of a long black, multicolored hoodie thing. It clashes horribly.]

I'm not in the middle of anything right now so I'll help you out a little. You got your map?

But there is a Mysterious Presence lurking in the shadows assessing how well you handle that sword. Trouble already, huh.....?
