WE'VE GOT SCHOOL SPIRIT!

With the first term of the school year in full swing, and the first few weeks going off without a hitch, clubs, intramural teams and official sports teams at both Crux Academy and Nebulae Institute have begun meeting for the first time. With a wide number of different extra curricular and other various things to do around campus outside of class, students are highly encouraged to take part in one or multiple goings-on around their school. Both schools will be hosting an involvement fair (at different times, conveniently enough) in order to bolster enrollment in the various clubs or teams, and students are encouraged to at least give these different opportunities a try.

Not seeing a club or organization that catches your fancy? That's all right! Just make one yourself. So long as you have enough members (neither school has gone into too much detail about what constitutes "enough"), and are willing to share--or fight for, as the case may be--club room or field space, then you're set!

Interested in taking a more responsible approach? Various businesses around Galactica have begun hiring part time students. While many of the jobs are more than willing to take on Crux students, there are a few establishments that seem to prefer the cunning ways of Nebulae's student body. These jobs run the gamut between retail, babysitting, hospitality--really anything.

Additionally, the vocational school for monsters is looking for assistance in getting their students real-world experience. Be it helping them terrorize the town or giving them something to fight, this volunteer work is easy enough to find, and a good way to get some real world experience. Participation is highly encouraged.

I never mock my students. [ Haruka has a feeling she shouldn't push too hard, and yet - if it spurs this girl on to do her best... ] Especially not the dedicated ones.

[If that's true then maybe this won't be so bad. Still; she can't imagine track being that interesting for the long run.]

W-Well you seem pretty so-so yourself! [While the words don't seem like a compliment; they're meant to be. Everyone is so-so; but there are those that are better so-so then others.]

I don't like weaklings so don't expect me to go easy on anyone. I'll crush anyone in my way!

[ This impressive display of self-confidence only maintains Haruka's smile. ] Want to hand out some fliers?

[ It's perfectly optional. She only put them together at the last minute. They still look amazing, but whatever. ]

[There's a small bit of delay as she decides. Really, she didn't have anything going on anyway. More members would make it more interesting.]

I can. Are you going to do something about your booth? It'll be wonder if anyone signs up....it doesn't stand out at all.

[She holds out a hand expectantly for the fliers.]

You came over. [ Haruka grins as she hands over the fliers, and the air is suddenly lit with a million diamonds suspended in the aether. Pastels dye the scene. A chorus croons offscreen.

Haruka decorates in Haruka's way. ]

[Urk]

I was passing by.... You came to me.

[She takes the fliers, glancing at them briefly before the sudden change in atmosphere grabs her attention. She is stuck there; staring once more in awe. --Damn it! There's no way that counted but she can't....really argue it either. Instead she quickly turns on her heels.]

I have fliers to pass out. I will be back.

[ A.k.a this isn't over. With that; she leaves quickly before she's swooped away by rose petals or something crazy. Haruka held a dangerous power.]
